Welcome! I'm Ashley Nicole and I'm here to offer a hand of hope and healing to women trapped in abusive marriages. Having walked a painful journey of enduring 18 years in an abusive marriage, I intimately understand the devastating effects of gaslighting, manipulation and emotional abuse. 

Through my own journey I've found solace and strength in my faith and it's my mission to extend that same lifeline to women in similar situations. As a coach and mentor I offer a safe space where women can find refuge, support, strength and guidance as they navigate their path to freedom.
